THE MASTER BATH FLOOR GETS TORE UP AGAIN - LOOK WHAT WE FOUND HIDING
UNDER THR FLOORBOARDS MOLD & UNSAFE SUPPORTS
The Master Bathroom floor is replaced for the fifth
time to remove the Irritating creaking noises. The house has more
creeks than a 100 year old house. KB Home had cut holes into every
beam, yes every beam across the entire 2nd story floor. KB admitted
they don't really use blueprints. In fact they can't produce this
homes plans. At 4pm daily the house makes a sizable cracking noise
on the upstairs floor. A culture of mold and other substandard building
techniques are uncovered.
BREAKING AND ENTERING BY KB HOME
Our Front yard flowerbed gets tunneled
under the front room and the garage to find the leak under the
house. Most of the excavated dirt could not be put back under
the house. If your bushes don't look right in your KB Home this
might be why. KB Killed the Holly bush, they replaced it twice.
The bush died. KB Home dug under the house without our permission,
they just did it unannounced while i was at work. This is trespassing.
Digging under a house without permission is like a Bank Job.
THE SKY IS FALLING - KB HOME CEILING LEAKS FOR ANOTHER ROUND OF FIXES
Many
times the ceiling leaked in the Kitchen. KB Home fixed it 5 times.
The fourth time they found out a weather stripping feature called
flashing was
missing.
This was a serious error on the part of KB Home.The fifth time
the ceiling leaked it took KB Home 6 weeks to show up. See dehumidifier
photos. This time important sealing was not done to a window,
upstairs in the Master bedroom. 1 out of the 17 windows in the
KB Home were sealed and new bricks were replaced. So if it was
missing in 1 window? Would 16 more windows have been done correctly?
A KB Home Sucks. See how KB Home has made a shamble of the replacement
brickwork - they did the brickwork over the patio twice and this
is good as it gets from them.
KB HOME THE WORLD'S WORST FENCE -FALLS DOWN WITHIN 2 YEARS BRUCE

KB Home uses
substandard materials to build fences. All of the fence panels do not line
up with the posts. The panels nails only were into the post about
1/8".
The nail used on the slats have nail heads that are to small. The
cheap wood used in the slats ripped through the nail heads in a
light breeze as the fence wobbles back and forth due to no support.
Most of the fence posts are split and warped. KB used untreated
wood.
KB HOME TOILETS - IS NOTHING SACRED?
KB Home just has to make a profit no matter what. Even if it means
you will have to rebuild your toilets after just one year. Once
again the talented workers at KB Home can't even install a toilet
correctly. I have to repair the 3 toilets. The downstairs toilet
has always been on a 45 degree angle, the last time KB Home tried
to fix it the flooded the downstairs then threw our bathroom
rugs over the fence.

KB HOME AMATUER BRICK LAYERS
This homes Brickwork looks like
a bunch of amateurs laid the bricks on the first day they tried.
The mortar between the bricks is either paper thin or is as much
as 1 1/2" wide.
They did not align them in a smooth fashion and parts of the foundation
were a hack job in this KB Home. YouTube Video of these bricks.
KB HOME ILLEGAL RETAINING WALL
KB Home built an illegal retaining
wall that they did not get a permit for. This lack of professionalism
is wrecking the land and the foundations of the homes in this KB
Home Subdivision. The lots are suppose to be a type "a" grade.
KB Home never checked the way the lots were graded or the height
of the unsupervised wall. Any wall over 48 inches - 4ft - 4", needs
a approved city permit. Also check out the Video page at

THE AIR CONDITIONER BLOWS UP FOR THE THIRD CONSECUTIVE YEAR
IN A ROW
For the third consecutive summer this KB Homes air-conditioner
has blown up due to no one at KB Homes knows what the hell they're
doing. This proves once again there is no supervision and zero
knowledge and zero testing at KB Home. The air has not been on yet this
year so stay tuned.

KB HOME HAS TO BUILD THEM FAST FOR PROFIT SAKE - IMPORTANT
WATERPROOFING MISSING
Bruce Karatz had to have $232 Million in his paycheck, then stole
$6 million more. Now that he's a convicted felon lets look at
the shoddy construction methods employed by KB Home. KB Home sucks.
The flashing an important waterproofing art is missing from the
patio overhang. This causes the kitchen ceiling and walls to be
saturated in water. The extensive water has plagued this house with mold
where we can not inhabit the residence without further eroding
our health. The mold has spread into the air conditioning system
and the floors.
Our Complaints with this Lemon!
- Too many construction defects in the home
- Enormous number of repairs necessary
- Home not built to code
- Total negligence during building
- Too many leaks
- Too much standing water and soil erosion in the back garden
- Continual invasion of privacy from workmen and disruption of the home required for re-construction and repairs.
- Dampness and toxic fumes causing serious health problems
- Material differences in sub-division built and original plans to build more than 100 homes
- Only two homes built on this phase when KB Home abandoned the sub-division.
- Sub-division not well maintained or to city codes
- Failure to disclose major material facts that impact the sub-division
at any time during the sales process or since closing.
There are so many construction problems that the contractors spend more time in my home than I do!
KB HOME ABANDONS SUBDIVISIONS
KB Home abandons this subdivision
and runs off. Too much deceptive practices? going on by KB Home
Board of Directors, Upper management and customer service operations.
KB Home got your money and promised you an entire neighborhood.
KB Home did not even send a letter to the homeowners. Just a
blatant lie posted in the model homes front door. Saying they
sold out? Which was just a lie.

THE MORTAR IS CRACKING AND THE BRICKS ARE CRUMBLING
In KB Home's effort to use the least quality workmanship and materials.
Water draining into the backyard from the illegal retaining wall
is causing the house to crack. Everywhere on the KB Home Lemon
there are problems including hundreds of bricks that are missing
corners and are split i n half. These bricks were never fired in a kiln,
they were poured from a cheap cement substance.

40 LANE SUPER TOLLWAY NEVER DISCLOSED TO KB HOME PURCHASERS
This Superhighway had been planned for a number of years before
KB Home built a single home in this subdivision. No one in their
right mind would have bought a KB Home here if they knew. KB
Home deceptive practices. Our street to become a major thoroughfare
and onramp to the freeway with 5,000 to 10,000 cars per day using
this street to get out of town. KB Home hides the facts at your
expense.

KB HOME EMORY PLACE - BUILT IN A FLOOD ZONE?

The residents at KB Home's Emory place are subject to flooding
due to KB Home improper lot drainage. KB Home did a poor quick
