KB Home – the American Dream turned nightmare, from a KB Home owner who’s home construction sucks.

This website has been started because CEO Jeff Mezger and other executives at KB Home, have chosen to ignore us and our many requests they "buy back" this home.

About Video & Audio Recording in Public.
In Society you are being video and audio recorded from the moment you park in the lot and walk in any retail establishment, schools, and most businesses. Cameras and live personnel watch each area of the store, including fitting rooms. Store securities are not police, but many act much more aggressively than most cops. Training varies from on the job to a formal course. To save money, most stores use in house training.

There are no state or federal standards for security guards on private property. All though there are laws about recording in store dressing rooms and what is appropriate (how its taped).

What most stores won't tell you is that employee insider theft is a big problem for them as well. Many expensive items walk out the back or warehouse doors. Stores all have surveillance, so does my home. So it's a case of them watching you, and them watching them.

Our home was burglarized (likely assisted by KB Home fence quality issue). We have the thieves on Surveillance video breaking in. It appears on YouTube (15 minutes in length), more than 16,000 people viewed the break-in in the first 2 weeks it was posted. It was featured on the Front page of the major metropolitan newspaper and the story continued in 4 sections (Thank You). Two Local news stations featured the break-in and the the use YouTube video to fight crimes. We were applauded for our use of video by many sources, "Most people never see who breaks into their houses". --Local Police "this evidence is enough to convict them".

As more homes are victimized by criminals more will have the ability to use personal recording devices used for evidence gathering.

Since society uses video, everywhere I go. So does the KB Home owner. Disclaimers are posted outside the house as well as inside the house. We are recording you, what you say and do. KB CSR’s & managers have been told verbally on several occasions.

I urge everyone who owns "A KB Home" that sucks to photograph work in progress and record face-to-face conversations.

We do not record phone calls as that violates the law.

You would need consent from 2 or more parties (depending on the State) and have a recording device that beeps during the conversation. "This call maybe monitored for quality purposes" is a common phrase telling you about consent.

None of the bricks line up symmetrically, there all over the place horizontally, vertically and on the x, y, z axis. The mortar between the bricks vary from well over 1" between the bricks to less than 1/32" between the bricks.
